Separate the Clouds

4. Circling Arms, Separating the Clouds

To finish the previous movement, Dance With Rainbow, bring down both arms from above the head with palms facing down. The title Separating the Clouds suggests a good visualization for this movement.

turn palms so that they face up
cross hands right over left at wrist

Raise palms:
breathe in
raise body slightly
raise the arms until palms at chest level

Turn palms:
keep wrists crossed
turn palms to face downwards
raise arms above head

Separate hands:
breathe out
draw hands apart
arms fully extended up and out
keep elbows slightly bent
keep shoulders relaxed
