Play with Waves

12. Playing with Waves, Pushing the Waves

This is a swinging motion. From the horse riding position, move the left foot one half step forward. The movement entails rocking between the feet. The full repetitions should be done on each side. This movement can generate a lot movement of energy and good deep breathing.

Push hands:
raise both hands to chest level
palms face the ground
push both hands out towards the left
palms facing out
transfer weight to left foot
right heel leaves the ground
breathe out

Pull hands back:
palms face the ground
pull back both hands to chest level
breathe in
transfer weight from left foot to right
left heel should be the only part of the left foot that is touching the ground

Repeat on the other side. Bring arms down and return to horseriding stance to finish.
